Loss, damage or distress

The Proprietors accept no responsibility for any losses or damages however arising (including that which might arise as a result of any breach of contract) including distress, inconvenience or anxiety caused during use of the premises or equipment, or during evacuation in an emergency or expulsion from the premises or lawful enforcement or revenue control, beyond statutory liability. The proprietors, their tenants and Centre Staff do not offer to act as bailee to property of guests.
