The Car Park Operator at the Wye Valley Visitor Centre is ParkingEye Ltd. If you have questions for or about ParkingEye, their contract terms, or your parking rights please go to the FAQ at the ParkingEye website , where you will find helpful and accurate advice, contact information and methods of payment.

If you want to pay or appeal a Parking Charge Notice please contact ParkingEye. The appeal process is tightly regulated, so appeals must be made in writing, either through the ParkingEye driver portal or to the following address:

ParkingEye Limited
PO Box 565

If your appeal to ParkingEye is unsuccessful you are automatically offered an appeal to the Parking on Private Land Appeals (POPLA) Service. POPLA Assessors ensure fair review of the evidence and regulatory compliance. The Assessors and POPLA are completely independent of all parties in the appeal.

Please respect that Wye Valley Visitor Centre staff have no duty to give any customer support on this topic. Information on parking provided by Centre Staff is given on the assumption of mutual trust and respect and in good faith out of courtesy only and is not intended to form a contract. The landowner is not a party in transactions between parker and Car Park Operator, and has no access to evidence of parking violations collected by ParkingEye.
