How do I request start times which are not on the form?

Because you must pick a time, you can't type a start time... but we can help for Group Activities

1. Go to Appointment Booking and book the nearest published appointment on the same day
2. Go straight to the Support Forum and post your request to move it

Please move my 1030 bookings for the Butterfly Zoo and Hedge Puzzle on 30th Feb to 1100. Leave the afternoon bookings as they are.

Service subject to availability and restricted to movement within the same day. The Booking Administrator will reply in the Forum and you can check the changes when logged into the booking system. Please subsequently post any further correspondence about the same booking as replies (rather than new topics) so that they can be tracked. We do not accept requests to change appointment times over the phone for data protection reasons.
