o Reservations listed in the Appointments Cart are provisional
Remove the booking from the list and make a new booking. Please note that the Cart does not display provisional reservations made in a different session (i.e. if you logged out) for security reasons - but they will expire after 15 minutes and you can then make new bookings.

o If you have confirmed a Group Activities booking it is closed to keep your group exclusive
The group numbers are provisional, so you can recalculate any balance for final numbers (we will do that for you when you pay the balance before admission to the attraction, but we do not recalculate interim).

o You can't cancel an Appointment after you pay the deposit
The booking confirmation deposit is not refundable. However, if you ask in the Support Forum more than a week before the appointment we will do our best to help you reschedule, but we make no promises as to what may be achieved.
