"Page not found" (or similar) error message was created by Lindsay Heyes
The error message is generated by your browser and operating system, so may be worded differently.

We know how aggravating this can be, so we have devised a universal solution which you can use for any web page:

Solution
  1. Click on the HOME button on the error notification page;
  2. If STEP 1 does not display the login form but shows you the same error message instead, then restart your browser (or use a different browser) and return to the login form via the main website;
  3. If STEP 1 or STEP 2 displays the login form but you get the error message again when you submit your Username and Password, then just click on the HOME button and log in again.
  4. If the error message is displayed after following STEPS 1 to 3 log out then close your browser and use another browser.
It may help to understand...
User Account Control protects your data, so you can't view a secure page unless logged-in; Nor view the login form unless logged-out.

The error message is thus prompted by:
  • Username or password differing from our record (due to bad transmission or input error);
  • Going to a secure page without going through login (e.g. by using a bookmark, or the browser's back button);
  • Clicking on a secure page after expiry of the server session (15 minutes of inactivity in our cart, but only 5 minutes while on PayPal's pages);
  • Returning to the login form while you are still logged in;
  • Browser settings are not allowing session cookies, scripting, or opening a link in a new window (could you, or another user of your device - or an automatic software update - have changed your settings?);
  • Your browser is wrongly sending cached data (rarely, a browser can fail to detect when PHP has changed our form in response to your input - so either turn off cacheing in your browser settings, or log out then use a different browser).
