Check these reasons to find your solution:
  • Only reservations and bookings made by a registered User can be seen and the menu item is only displayed when you are logged in.
  • Provisional Reservations expire your deposit is not received Make a new Booking Request and timely payment.
  • Some smartphones do not allow other devices to access data linked with the phone's User account Use the original device.
  • Cookies are reset and deleted when you log out or if the link with the booking system's Server is interrupted, and your session times out after a period of inactivity so the Cart can't verify your identity and it will not display your provisional reservations or transmit them to the Payment Processor. Add the bookings to the cart, stay logged in, make timely payment.
