Online form not working on my device was created by Lindsay Heyes
We know how incredibly frustrating this can be, so thank you for understanding that our Receptionists can't give technical advice.

If you can see the form at all, the Server side is working, so let's rule out misunderstandings first:
  • Time-slots are preset, and are not displayed when it is too late to book;
  • Your provisional bookings are not displayed in the shopping cart after your internet session is interrupted, but they still block the places until your original internet session expires;
  • Our internet session expires if no input from your device has been sent to our server for 15 minutes.
Now, let's troubleshoot settings

o TEMPORARY SOLUTION
  • Use a different network
  • Use a different browser (We recommend Mozilla Firefox )
  • Use a different device
  • Don't use an incognito browser window, proxy LAN or onion browser.
You can use any device, browser or operating system that uses current world wide web (W3C) standards. The booking system uses end-to-end encryption so you do not need the security of a proxy LAN or onion browser.

Your operating environment may be restricted if your device is on a Wide Area Network such as a County Council's. If you can't change browser settings, you are stuck with the temporary solution above.

o PERMANENT SOLUTION

1. Update your operating system and browser
Our system's backward compatibility is limited for Data Protection and System Security.

2. Check your browser settings
They may change after an update.
  • Uncheck "Use a Proxy Server for your LAN"
  • Allow links to open in a new window
  • Disable cacheing (to display our responses to your inputs)
  • Allow local cookies (for dialogue with PayPal)
  • Allow pop-ups (for the date-picker)
  • Allow scripting (for processing)
  • If necessary, see Text displays in an unexpected alphabet
Restart your browser after changing settings so that they are applied. You can change them back after booking if you want.

3. Check your firewall settings
Do not disable your firewall.
  1. Allow session cookies and long URLs in your firewall settings (reboot may be required)
  2. Ask your Internet Service Provider if their firewall blocks session cookies or long URLs, or has a session time shorter than 15 minutes

Please note
  • This solution is complete;
  • Please consult your own help system for information about how to change your settings, or contact your IT Manager.
