Can I pay a deposit by cheque or BACS?

Your deposit must accompany your order to confirm the booking(s), or provisional reservation(s) will automatically expire after 15 minutes. Delayed payment methods are not acceptable.

If your institution can only pay by cheque just use a personal credit card, recover the cost from the payer, and cover the payment with your card provider within 30 days, so you will never be out of pocket.
