Obligations of Proprietors was created by Lindsay Heyes
Proprietor’s rights do not limit consumer’s rights to cooling-off period, cancellation and replacement or refund, except in that legal exemptions for dated services of the Leisure Industry and sales concluded at automated premises apply.

Proprietor’s rights do not diminish the Proprietor’s public liability or legal obligations in respect of death, injury, loss, damage, nuisance or inconvenience in relation to which the law prevents the Proprietor from excluding liability under local, national and directly applicable supranational laws in force in England and Wales for the time being, taking into account any amendment, extension, application or re-enactment and including any subordinate laws and all orders, notices, Codes of Practice and guidance made under them.

The Proprietor undertakes to provide limited licenses to use attractions or participate in activities according to standard Terms and Conditions of Use and Regulations and the exceptions specified, and to insure, maintain and operate premises and equipment with due diligence and to provide a safe environment in so far as is reasonably practicable for all guests, centre staff, tenants, their customers, and contractors.
