Enforcement

Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, Regulations displayed, or instructions of Centre staff revokes any licence for an individual to use the premises equipment or attend an activity or event, and may incur a charge and result in removal from the Centre by staff, security contractors or police without refund restitution or compensation and without prejudice to further action which may in certain circumstances include criminal prosecution and civil recovery. Centre staff have absolute discretion in enforcement of these Terms and Conditions.
