No cash? No card? No smartphone? No problem! The Wye Valley Visitor Centre car park is a "Park & Go" style car park, so you can choose when you pay and how You can extend your parking period before you exit; You (or your back office) can pay when you are away from the car park for up to 14 days of parking; You can even pay as late as midnight the day you park (provided that you speak to a human at paybyPhone); or pay in advance at Reception for a season ticket.

There are lots of ways to pay so that you don't get caught out:
  • At the ticket machines located straight ahead as you drive in, or next to the toilets:
  • Coin;
  • Card - Credit or debit card - Contactless or PIN.
  • Using paybyPhone:
  • App on your smartphone or Apple Watch Download the paybyPhone app from paybyPhone.co.uk , the App Store or Google Play to use for any paybyPhone car park;
  • Text REG and your registration to 65565 and have your card details and the paybyPhone location number ready;
  • Go to paybyPhone website to make an online payment from a registered account, or to make a one-off payment as an unregistered guest;
  • Call 0330 400 7275 to enter details to the automated system at paybyPhone;
  • Call 0330 400 7275 to pay a human at paybyPhone;
  • Buy a seasonal Park & Choose Permit at Reception.
PAYBYPHONE LOCATION NUMBER: 800672

You must provide your full Vehicle Registration Number (VRN) and pay for the entire time your vehicle is in the car park from the time you enter to the time you leave. You can pay at any time before you leave, and you don't have to rush back to your car to pay before the period expires - just top up before you go. The time-stamp printed on your Pay & Display ticket and the start-time for paybyPhone's timer is not the time you enter, but the time you make payment. Set your own timer on your phone as soon as you arrive in any ANPR car park to avoid confusion.

Please respect that Wye Valley Visitor Centre staff cannot correct a ticket nor have they discretion to waive parking charges nor vary the terms of the voucher offer, nor any duty to give customer support on parking issues Your enquiries about any specific transaction with ParkingEye or paybyPhone must be addressed to them.
