First please check that you are logging in to the correct system We've changed to a Booking System powered by WTM360 on Web Ticket Manager's server. This Customer Support System is powered by Kunena on our own server. The two systems have entirely separate User Account Control.

If you set up a User account but never logged in, or you have not logged in for a long time we may have deleted your User account for data protection and security, so you will need to create a new account. If you gave your Username as icu, your email as This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and your address as c/o The Fancy Bears, Moscow... trust may have been an issue.

If you have any error message when you try to log in please use this link to the topic "Page not found" (or similar) error message .

Otherwise please check that you tyoed your Username correctly (not your name)... and was cAPS lOCK on or off when you entered the password?
