CCTV and monitoring communications was created by Lindsay Heyes
Subject to law, we may monitor and record calls, emails, text messages, social media and other communications with us, and images from CCTV, drone and static cameras.

We do so for quality control and staff training, surveying our premises and activity levels, crime prevention and detection, to ensure the security of our systems, to record abusive or vexatious behaviour, and to ensure the safety of staff, the animals in our care and our property, and in case of dispute. The legal basis is our legitimate interests and legal obligation.

CCTV is used for maintaining the security of property and premises and for preventing and investigating crime, it may also be used to monitor staff when carrying out work duties. A drone may be used to locate and track intruders and reduce risks from personal confrontation. The information processed may include visual images and identifiable personal appearance and behaviours. This information may be about staff, customers, contractors, offenders and suspected offenders, members of the public and those inside or in the immediate vicinity of the area under surveillance. Where legally permitted and necessary or required this information is shared with our employees and agents, services providers, police forces, security organisations and data subjects.

We are not a Data Processor or Data Controller for the CCTV and ANPR system used by the Car Park Operator. All enquiries about the Car Park Operator's data protection must be addressed to the Data Controller, ParkingEye .
